NanoKnife™ IRE focal therapy, Rezūm™ water vapour therapy and certain erectile dysfunction treatments are offered privately and are not covered by OHIP. Fees are quoted before treatment and are your responsibility.

Eligibility for any private treatment is determined case by case during consultation. Nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee that a particular treatment will be recommended, available, or suitable for you, and no clinical outcome is promised.

OHIP-covered care requires a referral from your family physician or another treating physician, faxed to the appropriate doctor. Requests made through this website are inquiries only and do not confirm or hold an appointment until our office confirms it with you directly.

Information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
